2. How to update resume?

  • Register yourself with a valid email id and number.
  • Login and open your " Dashboard " and then click on " User Profile ".
  • Click on the " Attached Resume " option and you can easily update your Resume with a single click.

You can also check for resume templates in your Jobseeker Dashboard to make your profile more desirable.

Note: Please ensure your resume is updated to get relevant Job Opportunities.

3. I don’t have the required experience. Should I apply for the job opportunities?

There are many companies who look out for fresher candidates and provide handsome salaries as well. One should definitely apply for the job.

4. How long should be my resume/cover letter be?

Your cover letter should be no more than a page. It should simply explain who you are and why you are the best candidate very concisely. It should keep the hiring manager waiting for more. Your resume should also be limited to a few pages in length. Especially, if your work experience is less than 10 years. Employers spend a fraction of seconds on a single resume, hence it is important to impart strong keywords for yours to stand out.

6. How do I register on Perfect Pesha?

Just log on to www.perfectpesha.com and click on the ” Register Now ” button on the right side of the page.

Step 1: Fill in your details.

Step 2: Activate your registration by clicking on the link sent to you in the welcome email.

7. What happens to my application after you receive it?

Upon receipt of your application, your cv is checked carefully by the HR department. If your skills match the appropriate requirement of the job profile, we firstly share the Job Description with you and after receiving your acknowledgment, we share the resume with the company or recruiter for further proceedings.

8. Who all can view my profile?

You can update who can see your profile by opening "User Profile" in your dashboard. Click on the "Update Public Profile" option and you have the following two options for your profile status:

1)You can keep your profile visible: In this case, all recruiters will be able to see your complete profile.

2) You can keep your profile anonymous: In this case, your name, email, contact numbers, address, resume, photo, and information about companies you have worked for, will be hidden from the recruiter. The recruiter will be able to see other details of your profile.

Once you apply for a job, your complete profile will be visible to the employer who posted that job.

At the time of registration, your profile's default status will be anonymous.
